Plastic injection moulding of technically challenging components is our core business and one at which we have excelled for over forty years.

Our 50 plastic injection moulding machines range from 15 tonnes to 240 tonnes clamp and shot capacity from 20 gms up to 570 gms. As virtually all the machines originate from the same leading manufacturer we are able to offer unrivalled flexibility and versatility. Many of these machines are equipped with computer- controlled robots for faultless process management, offering repeated and consistent quality — day in and day out.

Sovrin Plastics can demonstrate expertise in the processing of virtually every thermoplastic including the engineering grades and so-called ‘exotics’. Our Technical Management team maintain an acute awareness of advances in this constantly developing industry and provide regular updating of training for process technicians and operators.

Technical moulding production flows seamlessly through any secondary operation that you are likely to need. Automated and hand assembly, ultrasonic welding, laser marking, inserting and four-colour pad printing are just a few examples of our diverse capabilities.
